General Cancelation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 3 days (72 hours) prior to the scheduled tour will receive a full refund.
     

  • Cancellations made within 3 days but more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled tour will receive a 50% refund.
     

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
     

  • Guests who arrive late or leave early are not eligible for refunds.

Weather & Road Closure Policy

Tours operate in most weather conditions. However, if the tour is canceled by the company due to unsafe weather, road closures, park closures, or other conditions beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Refunds will not be issued for weather conditions that are deemed safe for travel and guiding.

Wildlife Disclaimer

Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed. Tours are conducted in natural environments where wildlife presence and behavior cannot be predicted. No refunds will be issued due to lack of wildlife sightings or specific species not being observed.

Minimum Participation Requirement

Group tours require a minimum of two (2) participants to operate.

If the minimum number of participants is not met, guests will be notified and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Acknowledgment

By booking a tour, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy, weather policy, and wildlife disclaimer.

Travel Insurance Recommendation

Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

Multiday Tour Cancelation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking to secure a multi-day tour.
 

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a full refund minus the deposit.
     

  • Cancellations made 7–13 days prior to departure will receive a 50% refund of the total trip cost.
     

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled departure date, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
     

  • Once a multi-day trip has begun, no refunds will be issued for early departures or unused days.
     

Weather, Road Closure & Safety (Multi-Day)

If a multi-day tour is canceled by the company due to unsafe weather, road closures, park closures, wildfire activity, or other conditions beyond our control, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule, at the company’s discretion.

If conditions require modifications to the itinerary but the tour can safely proceed, no refunds will be issued.

Wildlife Disclaimer (Multi-Day)

Multi-day tours take place in remote, wild environments. Wildlife sightings are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued due to the absence of wildlife or specific species.

Minimum Participation (Multi-Day Group Tours)

Multi-day group tours require a minimum of two (2) participants.

If the minimum is not met, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.
